Price Information of Jinxiang Garlic on Nov. 21th

In the Jinxiang production area, the cold storage garlic market shows a slightly firm trend, with a noticeable abundance of old garlic stocks compared to a minimal increase in new garlic supply. Storage holders are confident, and as a result, prices are generally firm or even hardening.

Demand-driven buyers and potential speculators are actively looking for matching supplies, but it is challenging to find suitably priced low-cost stocks. This situation has led to a lukewarm trading environment, with prices strengthening modestly.

After doubling the prices and adjusting them to yuan per kilogram, the resulting prices are as follows:

• Mixed grades of old garlic in storage are now priced between 5.90 to 6.90 CNY/kg.

• General mixed grades are between 7.50 to 7.70 CNY/kg.

• Garlic granules are priced between 6.04 to 6.44 CNY/kg.
