Today, the garlic market in Jinxian’s warehouses showed an overall weakening trend. Supply from both full warehouses and smaller-tonnage lots increased, with some sellers forced to reduce inventory. Sellers were relatively proactive in offering goods, further widening the room for price negotiation. Buyers, however, remained cautious: those purchasing for immediate needs delayed purchases and pressed for lower prices, resulting in a sluggish market atmosphere. Only small quantities of high-quality garlic at low price points were transacted. Mainstream prices declined by approximately RMB 0.05 per jin, while prices for lower-quality garlic appeared somewhat chaotic.
