Garlic Price at Jinxian Market on July 9, 2026

This morning, the market for open-air stored garlic in the Jinxiang production area was sluggish and slow. Supply on the market increased compared to the same period yesterday. At the early morning market on the South Outer Ring Road, there were about 70 to 80 truckloads of garlic. Buyer activity saw a slight uptick, but sellers mostly just sold at prevailing prices. Buyers' enthusiasm for purchasing remained moderate; they were highly selective, strictly limiting their price offers, and demanding better quality. Poor-quality garlic was hard to sell, and prices edged slightly lower.
