Garlic Price at Jinxian Market on August 19， 2026

This morning, the garlic market in the Jinxiang production area remained steady. Around a dozen buyers were actively purchasing. Supply at the South Outer Ring Market came in intermittently, while the Yushan Market saw over a dozen truckloads of garlic, with about seven or eight buyers present. Buyers were being quite selective, sticking to their price limits when picking up goods. Garlic traders, in turn, were selling at prevailing market rates. Overall trading activity was a bit subdued, and mainstream prices stayed largely unchanged.
